My Story

Born into a family with a turbulent past, I was called early on to seek an alternative, a life infused with wholeness, wellness and profound spiritual connection. My journey of self-discovery led me from the stunning landscapes of Mexico to the spiritual sanctuaries of India, studying with yogic masters, shamans and healers. This journey reached a pinnacle when I discovered somatic experiencing in Barcelona. This powerful modality allowed me to ground my expansive spiritual experiences.

I studied breathwork in Spain and Mexico City, Kundalini Yoga with a master in Mexico, and sound healing with Don Conreaux in Portugal. A lifetime of immersion in various healing modalities has allowed me to combine these techniques, creating an alchemical blend that guides others in peeling back layers of trauma and stepping into their empowerment.
