Yoga Teacher

My Story

I am a writer and yoga teacher based in Muswell Hill, who loves to enable women to flourish physically, mentally and emotionally in midlife.

I qualified with the 350hr, 2 year Triyoga / British Wheel of Yoga yoga teacher training taught by Anna Ashby and Tony Watson, and have been teaching one to one and small group classes, face to face and online, since 2021.

 

I teach modern postural yoga, which combines aspects of the yoga tradition with contemporary anatomical and physiological understanding.

I teach safely, steadily and accessibly, using props, and offering options and modifications.

I love to teach Restorative yoga for nervous system down-regulation and resetting.

 

As a writer, I see yoga as a form of storytelling with the body, and I often weave journalling into my practice and teaching.
