My Story

I have been practising and teaching yoga for over ten years and I strongly believe in offering an antidote to intimidating yoga classes, a space where people really feel safe and comfortable to explore body, breath and mind.

 

My style is inclusive, accessible, gentle and mindful, with strong encouragement for students to vary the postures (with curiosity and playfulness) to suit them, not their neighbour. The physical aspects of my classes are ultimately a moving meditation.
