My Story
I am an experienced and mindful yoga teacher dedicated to guiding students on their journey to physical, mental and spiritual well-being. With a teaching style rooted in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Meditation, I create a calm and welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels.
Drawing from over 10 years of practice and training in Yoga & Meditation, I emphasise alignment, breath awareness and mindfulness, offering classes that are both challenging and deeply nurturing.
My classes are designed to engaged whole body movement, so you can feel energised, uplifted, centered and connected to your inner self. Together we will explore various asanas to increase your strength, stability, flexibility and balance, leaving you feeling stronger, calmer and happier after the class.
