Yoga Teacher

My Story

I am a Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha yoga teacher and Sound Therapist. 

 

I have been living and breathing fitness for the last 20 years; from teaching a variety of cardio classes and personal training to gym management. 

 

I stumbled into my first yoga class 5 months after my knee operation, as I was not able to continue any of my previous sports.

I was devastated! I thought I would give yoga a try. 

I was amazed how this gentle practice could challenge me both mentally and physically. I found myself wanting to learn more and deepen my own personal practice, which led me to the completion of a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course. I have not stopped taking on more and more training courses, including sound therapy which compliments yoga on many levels. 

 

I believes it is possible to achieve all personal health and wellness goals through balanced practice of yoga and sound. My desire is to share with everyone my love for yoga and sound therapy and all the benefits they provide.

 

Yoga has changed me in so many ways; it has guided me, nurtured me and allowed me to grow into a much more grounded and positive being. I am so happy to have found my bliss with yoga and I am excited to share it with all of you in my classes, workshops or retreats.
