My Story
I discovered yoga in my 40's after spending many years enjoying high intensity workouts in the gym. It was during the pandemic I found myself with an injury and a suggestion from a physio to try out yoga. I had no idea at that time where this beautiful journey was about to take me. I soon discovered how the practice of yoga not only supported and healed my body but also how it calmed my mind and brought the body, mind spirit connection together.
I am now a 200hrs qualified yoga teacher having trained with High Yoga School. I teach a friendly open Vinyasa Fow class sharing yoga's transformative powers through asana, breath and mediation. My intention is to support people to connect with their body giving them the ability to listen and tune in to its innate wisdom.
