About

AcuYin is a practice based on Yin Yoga with the addition of Acupressure techniques to enhance your Yin Yoga practice.


Through the combination of Yin poses and the use of acupressure points, you will understand how to support your body, mind, emotions and spirit. You will discover how special points on your body can become source of powerful re-balancing and even healing and learn to understand the stream of energies within your body and how your health and wellbeing are affected by them.


During this workshop led by Bea, you will learn 5 specific acupressure points that you will be able to use in your everyday life.

 

After your AcuYin Yoga session, you will embark on a Sound Journey where you will bathe in the healing sounds and vibrations of Bea's gongs, Tibetan bowls and Koshi chimes. Sound Bathing is a simple yet profound way to connect with the core of our being and tune our body at a cellular level through the gentleness of its resonance. The only side effect is happiness and harmony!


This feel-good workshop is open to everyone and is beginner friendly.

Your Teacher, Bea:

"I have been living and breathing fitness for the last 16 years; from teaching a variety of cardio classes and personal training to gym management. 

I have stumbled into my first yoga class 5 months after my knee operation, as I was not able to continue any of my previous sports - spinning, running, gym weight training and tennis. I was devastated! I thought I would give yoga a try. I was amazed how this gentle practice could challenge me both mentally and physically. I found myself wanting to learn more and deepen my own practice, which lead me to the completion of RYT 200 Hours with Centric School Of Yoga.

I believe it is possible to achieve all personal health and wellness goals through balanced nutrition and yoga. I desire to share my love for yoga and all the benefits it provides to everyone. 

Yoga has changed me in so many ways; it has guided me, nurtured me and allowed me to grow into a much more grounded and positive being. I am so happy to have found my bliss with yoga and I am excited to share it with all of you.
