About
These monthly workshops with Sue are the opportunity to gift yourself a well-deserved break; a full two hours of glorious me-time, in a cosy studio with a small group of like-minded others.
There will be breathwork, meditation, gentle yoga movement and held postures, as well as a deep-rest guided meditation (yoga nidra) to finish.
The aim is to have you melting off the mat, feeling deeply rested, calm and connected to the inner stillness beneath our busy minds; grounded and centred, yet energised to take the effects with you off the mat.
The workshop is suitable for everyone – all ages, genders, abilities are welcome.
Your teacher, Sue, in her own words:

"It’s not that you’re ‘not flexible enough for yoga’.
It’s that you haven’t yet found the yoga that is flexible enough for YOU.
Let me be the teacher who helps you find YOUR practice so that you realise you ARE in fact ‘a yoga person’.
You need an antidote to... a crappy day, your constant tiredness, relationship trouble, feeling out of control, feeling stuck, the aches and pains, depression, hyper-anxiety, your busy mind that won’t - shut - up! The list could go on.
I strongly believe that a regular yoga practice can be the antidote to - everything!
I’m not making light of any of these things or suggesting they can be eliminated easily, but yoga gives us the tools to monitor ourselves - our feelings, our reactions and our awareness - and maybe, with time it allows us to still that busy mind.
