A class tailored to people coming to yoga for the first time or returning after a long break
What is it?
The Beginners & Returners class is designed for people who might have felt put off from trying yoga, because they feel intimidated by Instagram bodies and postures. It’s also for people who have taken a break from practice for all kinds of reasons (for example, moving location or employment, maternity, injury, a condition they are working with, or menopause), and who are looking for a way back in. We work on postures from the ground up, breaking them down, integrating breath, weaving in insights from the yoga tradition, always to a specific intention and focus. The pace is slow and steady, and the teacher works to modify postures and offer variations. The tone is lighthearted, and all the time you are building strength, flexibility and the confidence to approach more challenging postures with a sense of fun. Beginner Friendly

Cancellation Policy
By clicking “Buy" you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Terms & Conditions: Online class bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before class. Cancellations can only be made online. When cancelled more than 2 hours before, the class will be credited back to your account. Late Cancellations: cancelled less than 2 hours before the start of the class are not refundable. - Returns & Refunds Workshops & Courses - You may cancel any booking for a course or workshop if you give us 14 days or more notice of cancellation before its start date. You may transfer your booking to someone else, but we ask that you let us know so that the substitute's name appears on the sign-in lists. Please do this by emailing latelieryoga.london@gmail.com If you wish to cancel within 14 days of the start date there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list for the event and we can transfer your booking to another applicant. We reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund of fees you have paid. - Class Passes Once you have purchased a class pass there will be no refund. Please see Class Prices for further details about validity periods and extensions. - Gift Certificates They are non-refundable, and cannot be used after the expiry date. - Privacy Policy L'Atelier Yoga takes the security and privacy of its customers very seriously. We do not share any information with third parties, nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. We will use your personal information necessary for us to provide our services to you. We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than as required for the provision of our products or services. Information collected will be stored securely and securely destroyed if it is no longer required by L'Atelier Yoga and will be removed from our system 3 years maximum after your last visit to L'Atelier Yoga. - Changes to our policy From time to time, it may be necessary for us to review and revise this policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and, should this occur, the amendment will be posted on our website.
